Digital Millennium Copyright Act - Takedown Procedure
1. Copyright Compliance
Boulard TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we promptly respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that content hosted on Boulard TV infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
2. How to File a DMCA Claim
To file a valid DMCA claim, you must send us a written notification containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Detailed description of the work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list.
- Identification of infringing content: The exact URL of the content on Boulard TV that infringes your rights, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: Full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (full name is sufficient for an electronic signature).

4. Processing Timeline
We commit to processing all valid DMCA claims within the following timeframes:
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 business hours
- Claim review: 2-3 business days
- Content removal (if valid): Immediately after validation
- Uploader notification: Within 48 hours after removal
5. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed following a DMCA claim and you believe it was an error or that you have the right to use the content, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed in error
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court of your district
- Your physical or electronic signature

If no legal action is taken within 10-14 days, we may restore the content.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Boulard TV has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers. A user is considered a repeat infringer when:
- Three or more valid DMCA violations within 12 months
- Repeated upload of content already removed for infringement
- Proven fraudulent activity (false claims, etc.)
Repeat infringer accounts will be permanently suspended without refund.
7. Warning About False Claims
⚠️ Warning: Filing a false DMCA claim is an act of perjury subject to legal sanctions, including damages and attorney fees.
Before filing a claim, make sure that:
- You are the legitimate rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- The content actually infringes your rights (no fair use, no license)
- All information provided is accurate and verifiable
