USC 2257 Compliance

1. Compliance Declaration

Boulard TV is in compliance with the record-keeping requirements outlined in Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 concerning age records of performers depicted in visual representations of sexually explicit conduct.

All models, performers, and other persons appearing in any visual content on this site were at least 18 years old at the time of content creation.

3. Content Categories

3.1. Content Produced by Boulard TV

For all content produced directly by or for Boulard TV, all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the Custodian of Records mentioned above.

3.2. User Content (Creators)

Boulard TV acts as a host for content produced by independent third-party creators. In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2), creators uploading content are responsible for:

• Maintaining their own 2257 records for all content they produce
• Providing their Custodian of Records information upon upload
• Ensuring all performers are at least 18 years old
• Retaining required identification documents for a minimum of 7 years

3.3. Exempt Content

Certain content on Boulard TV may be exempt from 2257 requirements, including:

• Non-sexually explicit content (discussions, blogs, etc.)
• Content created before July 3, 1995 (if applicable)
• Clearly fictional simulations without real actors

4. KYC Verification Process

All creators wishing to upload adult content must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process which includes:

1. Creator identity verification: Valid government-issued ID (passport, national identity card, driver's license)
2. Verification selfie: Photo of the creator holding their ID
3. Sworn statement: Attestation that all performers in their content are 18 years or older
4. Custodian information: Address where 2257 records are maintained

✓ No creator can publish adult content without KYC validation approved by our compliance team.

5. Creator Responsibilities

By uploading adult content to Boulard TV, creators attest and warrant:

• That they have obtained, reviewed, and retained copies of valid identification documents from all performers
• That all performers were at least 18 years old at the time of production
• To maintain records compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for at least 7 years
• To provide the location and contact information of their Custodian of Records
• To make records available for government inspection if required

6. Reporting and Enforcement

If you suspect content on our platform violates child protection laws or 2257 requirements:

We immediately investigate all reports and remove suspected content pending verification. Confirmed violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

7. Audit and Record Retention

Boulard TV retains:

• Creator KYC documents: 7 years after the end of the business relationship
• Content metadata: Creation date, upload, associated creator
• Sworn statements: Creator compliance attestations
• Inspection logs: Compliance verification history

Internal audits are conducted quarterly. Records are available for inspection by competent federal authorities.

8. Safe Harbor Protection

Boulard TV benefits from DMCA and CDA Section 230 safe harbor protections as an intermediary host of user content. We do not proactively review all content but respond quickly to reports and maintain robust age verification and compliance systems.
